TRASHTOPIA

The animation was created during the Pilotenkueche art residency in Leipzig, Germany. The monumental statue covered in my painting was created on the basis of real waste that I found in a dump. The change of scale and three different locations are to open the gates of imagination and ask the recipient a question without unnecessary narration. Is what I'm looking at trash or treasure, am I nobody or everything.
